Hey gals! I've heard a lot of controversy about wearing shorts over leggings. Personally, I think it's kind of cute and I do wear them together sometimes, as you can see in the picture (Like my Hello Kitty slippers? Haha) Shorts are one of my favorite things to wear during the summer, and I hate not being able to wear them in winter or fall. Plus, it's another way to wear leggings! Also, it's super comfy! Most leggings are made out of cotton or spandex and they're comfortable to wear. So for this "Hot or Not" topic, i'm going with hot! I know a lot of people that would disagree with me, but I think the look is cute.
Honestly I think it depends on how you style it and the kind of shoes you were with. I vote for a yes!
